Terms of Use

1. Service

Employatech provides a directory where skilled professionals may publish profiles and customers may search, compare information, and contact professionals. Employatech is not the employer, contractor, agent, or guarantor of a listed professional or customer.

2. Technician memberships

Technicians may be charged a recurring membership fee to maintain an eligible public listing. Initial technician profiles are subject to Employatech approval before public display. Current pricing and billing terms are shown before subscription. Technicians are responsible for keeping profile and billing information current.

3. Credentials and verification

Self-reported licensing, insurance, bonding, experience, skills, and other claims remain the technician's responsibility. A "Verified" label applies only to the specific credential record reviewed by Employatech and does not guarantee workmanship, current legal eligibility, insurance coverage, or fitness for a particular project.

4. Customer decisions

Customers should independently confirm licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, scope, warranties, and other requirements before hiring. Agreements for work are between the customer and professional.

5. Reviews and reports

Employatech may moderate, reject, remove, or investigate reviews, profiles, credentials, and reports to protect the integrity of the directory. Users may not submit fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, scrape data at disruptive scale, impersonate others, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or use Employatech for unlawful activity.

7. Changes and termination

Employatech may update the service and these terms, suspend accounts, or remove content when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or marketplace integrity.
