This draft must be updated to match the production hosting, analytics, payment, email, retention, and legal requirements actually used by Employatech.
Information we collect
Technician accounts may provide contact details, business information, trade experience, service areas, profile images, credentials, and billing-related identifiers. Customers may provide contact information, service-request details, reviews, and profile reports.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the directory, display technician profiles, deliver customer requests, review credentials, moderate marketplace content, manage memberships, protect the service, and communicate with users.
Public information
Information entered into a public technician profile may be visible to anyone who can access Employatech. Credential evidence uploaded specifically for Employatech review is not intended for public display.
Service providers
Production deployments may use providers for hosting, databases, email, payments, security, monitoring, and analytics. The final policy should identify material categories and practices used at launch.
Payments
When Stripe billing is enabled, payment information is processed by Stripe. Employatech stores billing identifiers and subscription status rather than raw card numbers.
Security and retention
Employatech uses technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Retention periods should be finalized before launch.
Your choices
Technicians can hide their public profile, update profile information, and manage billing through their account. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on location and applicable law.
